Come and join us!\nDirect supervision of quality technicians and quality inspectors. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and customer requirements.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise and coach Quality Technicians and quality inspectors\nConduct quarterly coaching sessions with shift production hourly employees to promote personal development.\nNonconformance & Corrective (CAPA): Lead NCMR process, root cause analysis (5whys, BD), and ensure timely corrective actions.\nProvide Supplier Quality Support: Coordinate with SQE, initiate SCARs, and track supplier performance.\nMonitor KPIs, compliant, scrap, and rebraze rates across all value streams and appropriately react to negative trends.\nEnsure compliance to drawing specs and support capability studies (Cp, Cpk).\nSupport ISO 9001 audits and maintain proper documentation.\nLead Kaizen events and drive process improvements.\nProvide training and performance feedback.\nEnsure accountability and communication across teams.\nProvide hands-on training and guidance to employees regarding safe work practices.\nConduct safety briefings and toolbox talks regularly.\nReport incidents, hazards, and near-misses to management promptly.\nEnsure all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained\nQualifications, Education, and Experience:\n3-5 years of manufacturing quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment\nKnowledge of ISO 9001:2015, SPC, and root cause tools.\nExperience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).\nSkills and Competencies:\nProven leadership experience and capability.\nGood team spirit, well developed interpersonal skills.\nGood command of written and oral English language.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, internet and email\nAbility to self-motivate and possess independent problem solving.\nPositive attitude and be committed to achieving business excellence.\n\nWe consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position’s responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, a candidate’s education/training, the position’s location, and the key skills needed for the position.
