DBS operates shared service centres in China, North America, the Philippines and Scotland.\nJob Description\nGenerate Accurate Reports from multiple tools such as CRM, ERP, Salesforce. \nSend/upload reports on external customer applications in timely manner. \nCreate Dashboards, scorecards and metric tracking for the team. \nAnalyze and interpret reports about past performance including KPIs, metrics and collaborate with the rest of the DFR Team on key findings and challenges. \nEstablishment of process for reports, scorecards and other related procedures. \nQualifications and Educational Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree in any related field \n2-3 years’ experience as a Reports Analyst in a BPO or Shared Services Set up. \n5 years in the BPO/Shared Services Industry specifically on Customer Service. \nExperience in implementation and execution of gamification. \nStrong oral, written and interpersonal skills and strong customer-service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette \nExperience in generating dashboards, reports and decks. \nSkills\nAdvance level on Excel knowledge with the ability to create reports using macros and VBA. \nAbility to make analysis on reports and share inputs as to how to improve operations. \nKnowledge and experience on Power BI is preferred. \nCan do attitude.\nCOMPANY OVERVIEW\nDover Business Services (DBS) is an independent business to business service provider within Dover Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer with annual revenues of $7.5 billion.
