Headquartered in Downers Grove, Illinois, Dover trades on the New York Stock Exchange under \"DOV.\" Additional information is available at dovercorporation.com.\nDesignation: Senior Engineer - System Electronics\nExp: 5 - 10 Years\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nSupport end-to-end VAVE programs for electrical/electronic assemblies, including PCBAs, harnesses, HMIs, and related subsystems, Build and maintain a prioritized VAVE opportunity pipeline aligned to business savings targets.\nPerform should-cost analysis, teardown benchmarking, and design-to-cost assessments to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with sourcing and supplier quality teams to evaluate supplier proposals and implement cost/productivity projects.\nSupport technical execution of approved ideas through feasibility, prototyping, validation, and release.
