Headquartered in Downers Grove, Illinois, Dover trades on the New York Stock Exchange under \"DOV.\" Additional information is available at dovercorporation.com.\nDesignation: Senior QA Engineer\nExperience: 4-7 Years\nEducation: B.E\nLocation: Bangalore\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nundefined\nDesign, develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies for firmware/software validation.\nPerform functional, system, regression testing on embedded platforms.\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for firmware validation.\nEnsure end-to-end validation including hardware-software integration.\nAnalyze logs, issue/bug and work closely with developers to resolve defects.\nCreate and maintain test reports, documentation, and traceability matrices.\nContinuously improve test processes, automation coverage, and quality metrics.\nParticipate in verification and validation activities.\nMust have skills:\nPrimary skills:\nStrong experience in firmware/embedded testing and validation.\nMandatory expertise in test automation (Python preferred, C# is a plus, FITNESSE).\nExperience in developing automation frameworks\nHands-on experience with hardware interfaces and tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer), Reading Schematics.\nExperience with communication protocols (communication stacks) (Ethernet and others)\nFamiliarity with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, qTest)\nExperience in log analysis and debugging issues.\nSecondary skills:\nExperience and hands-on with continuous integration (CI/CD) tools (JENKINS, GitLab, CI).\nExposure to hardware testing setups.\nUnderstanding coding standards and compliance.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
