You will be a vital contributor to the development of new laser engraving and inkjet printing products and work in a new group of talented engineers within a well-established multinational company.\nJob Responsibilities:\nDebug and design validation of board and system level electronic designs\nDesign validation testing (major focus on electronics)\nConduct testing of mechanical, electrical, and optical components, subsystems and systems\nDocument experimental conditions and test results\nBuild prototypes and test fixtures; interface with external vendors for complex parts\nInspect incoming parts\nManage lab and lab equipment, including calibration\nEffectively interact with other members of the technical team to create a safe, fun, and productive work environment\nDesign and verify cables\nJob Requirements:\nMinimum: an associate’s degree and 10+ years of professional experience.\nExperience reworking PCBs, solder to add or remove components\nExperience with at least one data acquisition system\nUse of lab equipment (Oscilloscope, DVM, Function generator, soldering station, etc.)\nAbility to read and understand electrical schematics\nDebug under the guidance of an Engineer\nAttention to details\nEagerness to learn new skills and new tools\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills\nMSOffice tools\nAltium designer (considered a plus)\nSimple mechanical machining skills (considered a plus)\nSome 3D mechanical CAD experience (considered a plus)\nProgramming of motor drives (considered a plus)\nJr. level layout and design of PCBs (considered a plus)\nThe right candidate will be aligned to our values and culture:\nCollaborative entrepreneurial spirit \nWinning through customers \nHigh ethical standards, openness and trust \nExpectations for results \nRespect and value people \nIf you believe you match our values and have the experience we’re looking for, apply!
