You will operate on Dover's Fractional Recruiting Marketplace, focusing on strategy and relationship-building while working with other Recruiting Partners and Associate Recruiters to fulfill the needs of your customers. You'll also have the opportunity to build out your team and manage Associate Recruiters. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that align with your customers' business goals.\nRecruiting Partners have the option to use Dover's free suite of tools, bring their own, or work within a company’s existing setup. This flexibility is a major advantage for both recruiters and companies, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.\nRecruiting Partners start as independent contractors and have the option to join full-time.\nWhat you'll do\nCollaborate with your customers to identify their recruiting needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.\nPartner with other Recruiting Partners and Associate Recruiters.\nOnboard new customers and set them up for success by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions.\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business and hiring objectives.\nGuide your customers through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.\nStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to your customers.\nWhat we're seeking\n8+ years of recruiting experience.\nExperience as a Head of Talent or a solo recruiter at a company.
