The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our automated build and deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and application monitoring systems. This role requires a technically rigorous individual who can work independently, communicate findings clearly, and consistently propose improvements that raise the reliability and efficiency of our systems.\n\nAs a member of a cross-functional team, the DevOps Engineer will collaborate closely with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and product stakeholders. A working proficiency in English is required, as the role involves reading international technical documentation, communicating with external vendors, and participating in periodic cross-regional meetings.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPipeline Automation and CI/CD\nDesign, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD\nAutomate build, test, and deployment workflows to minimize manual intervention and reduce the risk of human error\nEstablish and enforce GitOps practices for consistent, auditable infrastructure and application deployments\nIdentify and resolve bottlenecks in existing pipelines to reduce overall build and release cycle times\n\nApplication Monitoring and Observability\nDeploy and manage monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, the ELK stack, or Datadog\nDefine and maintain service-level indicators, objectives, and agreements in collaboration with product and engineering leadership\nDevelop and maintain operational runbooks and escalation procedures for production incidents\nLead post-incident reviews, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence\nProactively analyze system metrics and trends to identify potential issues before they impact end users\n\nInfrastructure Management and Infrastructure as Code\nProvision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Terraform or Pulumi\nAdminister Kubernetes clusters, including workload scheduling, network policy, autoscaling, and resource optimization\nMaintain configuration management tooling using Ansible or equivalent solutions\nContinuously evaluate and optimize cloud resource utilization and associated costs\nSecurity and Compliance\nIntegrate security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines, including static analysis, container image scanning, and dependency auditing\nManage secrets, credentials, and sensitive configuration using HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or equivalent\nEnsure infrastructure and application configurations comply with internal security policies and any applicable regulatory requirements\nApply least-privilege principles consistently across IAM roles, service accounts, and network access controls. \nContinuous Improvement and Collaboration\nRegularly evaluate existing tools, processes, and architectures and present concrete recommendations for improvement\nProduce and maintain clear documentation covering infrastructure design, operational procedures, and architectural decisions\nSupport development teams in improving local development environments and reducing environment-related inconsistencies\nParticipate in architecture and design reviews, contributing a DevOps and reliability-focused perspective\nCommunicate technical status, incident updates, and improvement proposals in English when required, both in writing and verbally\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering role\nDemonstrated experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or a comparable platform\nProficiency with Docker and Kubernetes in a production environment\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure\nStrong scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or Go\nWorking knowledge of monitoring and observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack\nEnglish language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and for written and verbal
