Digital Innovation & AI brings enterprise architecture, digital innovation and AI together in one department with a clear purpose: set the direction for our future IT landscape, build the shared data, AI and integration platforms our solutions stand on, and build the digital products that make it easier for dealers, partners and colleagues to work with our brands.\nWe are looking for a Product Leader who will own the direction of every product the department builds, and who wants to roll up their sleeves from day one. Your first assignment is to be Product Leader for the digital products we are already building, and to take on the hands-on product management work yourself. There is a lot to define: vision, mission, scope, roadmap and the dependencies between projects. You will find the right people in the business and in IT, bring them together and make sure what we build moves both our KPIs and our architecture in the right direction.\nAbout the department\nDigital Innovation & AI is part of the group function Digital Solutions and has three areas:\nEnterprise Architecture - owns the IT target architecture, architecture principles and the architecture board\nDigital Innovation - builds new digital products for customers, partners and colleagues \nAI - builds AI solutions and the shared AI capabilities other products reuse across DOVISTA\n Own our new digital products, hands-on\nDefine and anchor vision, mission and scope across our new digital products\nBuild one integrated roadmap and manage dependencies to data, product master data, ERP, CRM and integration projects\nOwn backlog priorities with the delivery teams, balancing improvements in live markets with the longer-term platform\nRun discovery with sales, sales support and dealers so we solve the real problems before we build\nAlign people and decisions\nIdentify who in the business and in IT needs to be involved, and set up the stakeholder map and governance\nFacilitate alignment on vision, scope, roadmap and trade-offs, from working level to executive management and steering groups\nCommunicate progress, decisions and value clearly and honestly across brands and markets\nTie every delivery to measurable value\nDefine the KPIs that show whether a solution drives efficiency or growth, e.g. automation rate, quote lead time, hit rate, cost to serve and adoption\nEstablish baselines before we build and track value after we release\nUse the numbers to decide what to build next, what to scale and what to stop\nBuild towards the target architecture\nWork closely with our enterprise architects so every solution fits the future IT landscape and moves us towards it\nFavour reusable business services, AI agents and shared platforms over one-off solutions\nBring the product perspective into target architecture, architecture principles and the architecture board\nLead the product portfolio\nOwn direction and priorities for all products built in Digital Innovation & AI\nSet the product practices the department works by, from discovery and OKRs to value tracking\nHelp shape and hire the product roles we need in other parts of the organisation, as the portfolio grows\nShape data, AI and innovation\nTurn ideas into testable hypotheses and time-boxed experiments, and scale what works\nWork with AI architects and engineers on how AI quality is measured, evaluated and improved\nBuild business cases for new digital products together with business owners\n What you bring\nSignificant experience in digital product management, including owning products end to end and setting direction across several products or teams\nA track record of delivering data- and AI-driven solutions that created measurable business value\nExperience driving innovation and digitalisation in a complex organisation with many stakeholders, ideally in B2B, manufacturing or multi-brand settings\nExperience with commercial processes such as quoting, CPQ, e-commerce or sales tools is a strong advantage\nExperience working with enterprise architects and platform teams, and an understanding of why architecture matters when you want to scale\nExperience engaging and influencing executives and steering groups\nSkills\nYou turn ambiguity into structure: vision, scope, roadmap and clear decisions\nYou are a strong facilitator who builds alignment without formal authority\nYou have commercial acumen and naturally frame work in KPIs and value\nYou are technically curious, with a working understanding of data platforms, integration, APIs and modern AI such as LLMs and agents\nAI is not your only hammer. You know when a problem is best solved with AI, and when it needs rules, integration, data work, process change or conventional software\nYou are a clear storyteller in writing and in person, and fluent in English.
