You will help maintain and develop the features that are needed, not nice to have, so we get the maximum value from the solution we already have. You will be hands-on every day, in code, prompts, pipelines and evaluations.\nAbout the department\nDigital Innovation & AI is part of the group function Digital Solutions and has three areas:\nEnterprise Architecture - owns the IT target architecture, architecture principles and the architecture board\nDigital Innovation - builds new digital products for customers, partners and colleagues \nAI - builds AI solutions and the shared AI capabilities other products reuse across DOVISTA\n Keep our new digital products running well\nMaintain, monitor and stabilise our new digital products in production for Denmark and Sweden\nFind root causes and fix issues quickly, together with sales support and the rest of the team\nKeep the solution secure, documented and easy for others to work on\nBuild only what is needed\nDevelop the features that clearly move our KPIs, and challenge requests that are only nice to have\nWork from a prioritised backlog together with the team and the Product Leader\nShip small, frequent improvements and measure their effect\nMeasure and improve AI quality\nBuild evaluation sets and automated tests that show whether a change really improves results, e.g. automation rate and quote accuracy\nImprove prompts, context, retrieval and tools based on evidence, not guesswork\nTrack latency, token usage and cost, and optimise where it matters\nBuild new digital products\nHelp build our new digital product once the design is set, including the shared rules, pricing, validation and quoting capabilities\nBuild agents, services and MCP servers that connect to ERP, CRM and product data\nFollow the target architecture and patterns set together with the AI Architect\nEngineer with quality at speed\nUse AI coding tools and AI-assisted code review to deliver fast without cutting corners\nWrite clean, tested code with CI/CD, infrastructure as code and good observability\nReview code with your colleagues and share knowledge across the team\nChoose the right tool\nUse AI where it adds value, and deterministic rules, integration or conventional code where they are more reliable\nCombine LLM-driven and deterministic logic safely, with guardrails and human review where needed\nBring ideas, prototypes and honest feedback to the AI Architect and Product Leader\n What you bring\nA degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\n5+ years of professional software engineering, including 2+ years building LLM-based solutions that run in production\nHands-on experience with agents, tool calling, retrieval and evaluation of LLM systems\nExperience extracting structured data from documents, drawings, images or emails is a strong advantage\nExperience integrating AI with enterprise systems such as ERP or CRM; SAP is an advantage\nExperience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric is an advantage\nExperience with process automation or RPA is a plus\nTechnical skills\nStrong Python, plus solid skills in APIs, databases, Git and automated testing\nLLM APIs, agent frameworks and protocols such as MCP\nEvaluation and observability tooling, prompt versioning, guardrails and cost tracking\nCloud platforms, e.g. Azure, with CI/CD and infrastructure as code, e.g. Terraform\nAI coding agents and AI-assisted code review\nFluent English\nAs a person\nHands-on and pragmatic, focused on value rather than features\nComfortable saying no to nice-to-haves\nCurious and quick to learn as the technology moves\nA team player who shares knowledge and takes ownership of what runs in production\nWhat we offer\nWork on a live AI solution with a direct, visible impact on commercial results\nHelp build our new solution for all DOVISTA brands and markets\nRoom to learn and grow with the technology, in a team that uses AI in its own engineering\nAn international group of brands with the long-term perspective of a foundation-owned company\nPractical information\nLocation: Wędkowy\nWorking model: We support flexible ways of working, recognising that the right balance depends on the role, the team and business needs.\nTravel: Some travel across Europe should be expected.\nWant to know more?\nIf this sounds like the kind of role you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.\nPlease submit your application and CV as soon as possible.
