If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place.\nDow has an opportunity for a Information Technology Analyst, based in São Paulo (BRA).\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, support and coaching inside EDM (Enterprise Data Management) Operations team at coding level, promoting the proper execution of the work processes within the team. Key role for analysis and investigation of coding issues through Vendor and Customer processes.\nResponsibilities:\nIdentify knowledge gaps and facilitate training within the team.\nShow sharpness to recognize opportunities through quality metrics.\nDemonstrate ability to guide the stakeholders and coding stewards toward work procedures and systems.\nGuide proper execution of the various work processes within the EDM operations team.\nProvide functional/operational support to the EDM leadership team.\nDisplay a customer-centric and agile mindset.\nSupport and facilitate the on-boarding process of team members into the EDM team.\nImplement improvements across local EDM operations team according to process changes.\nResolve escalated process issues with team members and perform root cause analysis, defining and applying corrective action.\nInteract with Data Quality Representative and Subject Matter Experts to leverage best practices and maintain the processes aligned across the teams.\nBe available to provide on-demand trainings inside and outside EDM related to coding process.\nFollow audit metrics to identify training gaps for individual members and apply proper training.\nAttend, when needed or requested, all the activities performed by the coding stewards (described in the Coding Steward Role Summary).\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree (on going or completed).\nAdvanced English in verbal and written communications.\nSAP knowledge is required (MDG).\nAdvanced Excel.\nIntermediate Power BI,\nYour skills:\nGood verbal and written communications.\nTeamwork.\nCustomer focus.\nAnalytical mindset to create reports.\nCollaboration.\nTo apply:\nSign in or create your account.\nMake sure your resume is accessible.
