If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place.\nA Dow tem uma excelente oportunidade para você atuar como Técnico de Operações (I) na nossa planta localizada em Campinas (BRA).\nSobre você e esta função:\nEstamos buscando um(a) Operador(a) de Produção para atuar nas áreas de formulação e envase de selantes, contribuindo para a fabricação de produtos em um ambiente dinâmico, com forte foco em segurança, qualidade, produtividade e trabalho em equipe - sempre com um certo nível de supervisão conforme necessário.\nA pessoa selecionada participará das atividades operacionais da planta, incluindo preparação de lotes, operação de equipamentos, movimentação e abastecimento de matérias-primas manualmente e com auxílio de transpaleteiras e talhas, limpeza operacional e suporte às rotinas produtivas das áreas como descarregamento de produtos utilizando prensas e tambores ou caixas a serem paletizadas.\nDevido às características do processo produtivo e das atividades de limpeza operacional, esta posição demanda condicionamento físico adequado para realizar atividades manuais de forma segura.\nPrincipais responsabilidades\nOperar manualmente equipamentos produtivos (vasos misturadores e empacotadoras) de acordo com procedimentos operacionais e requisitos de segurança, respondendo assertivamente a eventos planejados e não planejados.\nRealizar carregamento, descarregamento e abastecimento de matérias-primas com auxílio de talhas e transpaleteiras.\nExecutar adições manuais de insumos e acompanhamento de formulações.\nMonitorar parâmetros operacionais e reportar desvios.\nRealizar inspeções de rotina, checklists operacionais e apontamentos de produção.\nApoiar atividades de envase, embalagem, paletização e movimentação de materiais.\nParticipar de atividades de limpeza de equipamentos, utensílios e áreas produtivas, sempre com auxílio de equipamentos ou ferramentas manuais.\nSeguir rigorosamente os procedimentos de Segurança, Saúde, Meio Ambiente, Confiabilidade e Qualidade.\nContribuir para investigações, análises de causa-raiz e melhorias contínuas dos processos.\nPassa por testes e certificações operacionais em sua área de atuação e posteriormente em múltiplas áreas produtivas da planta.\nRealiza passagens de turno eficazes, conforme os procedimentos e disciplinas operacionais da unidade, garantindo a comunicação adequada das informações e uma transição segura e eficiente das atividades entre os turnos.\nAtua como brigadista e executa atividades de Resposta Imediata, quando designado, atuando de forma rápida e segura diante de ocorrências operacionais e emergências.\nRealiza atividades de Manutenção de primeira linha (autônoma), incluindo pequenos reparos e manutenções preventivas, seguindo os procedimentos, padrões de segurança e requisitos aplicáveis para assegurar a confiabilidade e disponibilidade dos equipamentos.\nRequisitos Obrigatórios\nEnsino Médio completo.\nDisponibilidade para atuar em regime de turnos de segunda a sexta-feira (revezamento semanal entre horários da manhã, tarde e noite).\nDisponibilidade para atuar como Brigadista.\nComprometimento com segurança e disciplina operacional.\nCurso Técnico em Química (cursando ou completo).\nDiferenciais\nCRQ ativo.\nExperiência em indústria química, silicones, ou processos de mistura/formulação, envase e limpeza de equipamentos com auxílio de ferramentas manuais.\nExperiência com empilhadeira, transpaleteira elétrica ou movimentação de cargas.\nConhecimento em SAP.\nVivência com permissões de trabalho e práticas de segurança industrial.\nCompetências esperadas\nTrabalho em equipe.\nSenso de dono.\nAgilidade para aprendizado.\nFlexibilidade para atuar em diferentes processos, áreas e horários.\nOrganização e disciplina operacional.\nFoco em segurança.\nBoa capacidade de comunicação.\nProatividade na solução de problemas.\nO que buscamos\nProcuramos profissionais que gostem do ambiente fabril, trabalhos que requerem intervenção manual (limpeza, formulação, movimentação de embalagens e produtos) tenham disposição para aprender novos processos e queiram contribuir para a excelência operacional da planta.
