Work in a business process, enabling, or implementation team, and applies general knowledge of Information Systems, which is typically developed through formal education.\nIn this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding.\nIt is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance impacts your own work with limited impact on your team. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.\nResponsibilities\nDuties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role. \nGathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas. \nWorks closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build objects which meet requirements. \nDocuments detailed designs.\nBuilds, tests and implements application objects. \nAssists with issue resolution. \nHelps ensure that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term product/system vision.\nQualifications\nBachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or aminimum of 3 years of relevant experience. \nYour skills\nExperience with SAP ECC with a focus in Sales & Distribution (SD) configuration and processes.\nExperience with design and configuration of SAP ERP (SD module), and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology platforms.\nExperience with order to cash and customer service business processes (order management, case management, etc.) \nExperience with system integrations, configuration, data management, and troubleshooting complex application issues.\nSAP S4 HANA is good to have.\nAdditional notes\nThis position does not offer relocation assistance.\nBenefits - What Dow offers you\nWe invest in you. \nDow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career.
