About you and this role

Dowhas an exciting opportunity for a Full StackSenior Developer locatedin Navi Mumbai, India. As a Senior Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise software solutions using Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and AI technologies. Mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive Agile project delivery across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Applies expanded conceptual knowledge in Information Technologyas well as knowledge of the company, key business drivers, and processes to develop solutions that meet business needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintainmodern web and mobile applications using Angular and .NET Core frameworks.

• Modernize and upgrade legacy Angular and .NET applications to the latest versions for improved security, performance, and compatibility.

• Architect, design, and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps - Canvas & Model-Driven, Power Automate) to optimizeand automate business processes.

• Develop secure, high-performing REST APIs and integrate them seamlessly with front-end applications.

• Design and build scalable solutions by leveragingAzure services (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps) and implementCI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Apply a product-centric approach to create solutions that are scalable, reusable, and adaptable for multiple business units, external customers, and multi-tenant environments.

• Design and implement monitoring solutions to track KPIs, improve user experience, and reduce application maintenance costs.

• Collaborate with Dow enterprise architects to define architecture strategies and ensure adherence to development and architecture standards.

• Conduct code reviews to enforce security, coding standards, and architectural compliance.

• Continuously adopt and promote Microsoft best practices, libraries, and emerging technologies to improve development efficiency and quality.

• Integrate AI capabilities (Azure AI, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs) to deliver intelligent automation and enhanced user experiences.

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure timelydelivery across global teams.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage sprints and backlogs, and contribute to all phases of the SDLC-requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Provide production and testing support, troubleshooting issues, resolve defects, and perform migration activities to ensure smooth releases and system stability.

• Prepare and maintaintechnical design and architecture documentation to ensure scalability and maintainability.

• Develop test automation strategies and scripts to improve quality and efficiency.

• Ensure applicationsecurity, scalability, and performance through compliance with Dow development standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline OR minimum of 5 years of relevant experienc e in the role.

• Proven Agile project management and SDLC leadership.

• Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate) are a plus.

YourSkills

• Front-End: Angular (Latest versions), Java/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

• Back-End: C#, .NET Core, RESTful API development. familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python is a plus.

• Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder.

• Cloud: Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL.

• DevOps: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.

• Database: S QL Server, Azure SQL. Cosmos DB

• Security: OAuth, RBAC, data governance.

• Proficiencyin using GitHub Copilot for accelerating development & various activities and deliverables of SDLC .
