If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place.\nAbout This Role\nDow is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner in Texas City, TX.\nCreates job packages from the work order scope which contains all of the information regarding required labor material and services to ensure safe, effective and efficient execution of the work. Requires full proficiency in a range of technical, operational, or analytical/scientific processes and procedures through job-related training and considerable on the job experience to perform a variety of work assignments. Acts as an informal resource for team members with less experience.\nResponsibilities\nEnables the people who manage and/or perform work in the field with the tools and information needed to perform their job effectively and efficiently.\nRequires full proficiency in a range of technical, operational, or analytical/scientific processes and procedures through job-related training and considerable on the job experience to perform a variety of work assignments.\nActs as an informal resource for team members with less experience.\nJob will include daily maintenance and turnaround job planning.\nRequired Qualifications\nA minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.\nA minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.\nMust have a current, valid US Driver’s License.\nA minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.\nPhysical Demands\nMust be willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation.\nWear all required personal protective equipment, including but not limited to a respirator.\nPerform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.\nFrequent/occasional lifting of material weighing approximately 50 lbs.\nWork in tight or closed-in spaces.\nClimb stairs/ladders and work high off the ground.\nStand 50% of the time.\nWalk for extended periods of time.\nWork in an area of intense or continuous noise.\nWork in an area with hazardous materials.\nThis role does involve elevated work greater than or equal to four feet above the ground.
