A Dow tem uma excelente oportunidade para você atuar como Técnico(a) de Laboratório na nossa planta localizada no Santos Dumont (Brasil)

Você será responsável em apoiar as operações de manufatura por meio da execução de análises laboratoriais que fornecem dados críticos para a tomada de decisões operacionais. Nesta função, você será responsável por realizar análises de rotina, operar e manter

equipamentos laboratoriais, monitorar sistemas analíticos e garantir a precisão e a confiabilidade dos resultados reportados aos clientes internos.

Você precisa ter atenção aos detalhes, forte compromisso com segurança, capacidade de solucionar problemas de rotina e interesse em atuar em um ambiente industrial dinâmico e colaborativo.

Responsabilidades:

• Realizar análises laboratoriais de rotina seguindo procedimentos estabelecidos e padrões de qualidade.
• Coletar amostras de acordo com os planos de amostragem definidos.
• Preparar padrões de calibração básicos para equipamentos e métodos analíticos.
• Executar calibrações e manutenções preventivas de rotina em instrumentos laboratoriais.
• Avaliar a qualidade e a validade dos dados obtidos, aplicando conceitos básicos de estatística para interpretar resultados e tomar as ações apropriadas.
• Monitorar sistemas analíticos, identificar desvios ou problemas operacionais e realizar a primeira linha de troubleshooting, escalonando situações mais complexas quando necessário.
• Registrar, comunicar e arquivar resultados analíticos, dados de calibração e demais informações laboratoriais.
• Seguir rigorosamente os procedimentos de Meio Ambiente, Saúde e Segurança (EH&S) e os requisitos do Sistema de Disciplina Operacional (ODMS).
• Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e ferramentas laboratoriais.
• Encaminhar solicitações não rotineiras para os especialistas ou equipes apropriadas.
• Trabalhar em sistema de turnos rotativos, conforme necessidade operacional.

Qualificações:

• Formação Técnica em Química
• Familiaridade com Microsoft Office (Excel, Word e Outlook).
• Experiência em laboratório, manufatura, indústria química ou áreas correlatas.
• Conhecimento básico de práticas laboratoriais e interpretação de resultados analíticos.
• Capacidade de trabalhar de forma segura em ambiente industrial.
• Boa organização, disciplina operacional e atenção aos detalhes.
• Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de turnos.
