You support HR processes, improve the employee experience, identify key issues, and resolve complex problems using established procedures. Working with limited supervision, you apply strong process and systems knowledge, collaborate across teams, improve efficiency, and guide less experienced colleagues without direct supervisory responsibility.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for day-to-day workforce management operations with greater accuracy, efficiency and accountability.\nBrings knowledge and expertise with Workday, ServiceNow and other technology platforms to deliver run-the-business efficiently.\nActs as a focal point for tier 1 HR Advisory team for workforce management inquiries (via chat, and e-Request), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders.\nDelegates and escalates queries as appropriate but remains responsible through completion.\nTracks progress and provides continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries.\nEngage in improving Knowledge Base and Case Management content for workforce management, based on experience.\nSupports oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise (e.g., volume of calls, staff absence, chat and e-Request queries, etc.).\nEngages in and drives overall continuous improvement processes (e.g., to reduce inquiry volume).\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree is must with relevant 2-4 years of experience\nWorkday Know - how will be a added advantage\nHire to Retire process knowledge is must , experience in HR Shared Service will be preferred\nYour Skills\nExcellent Communication\nProblem Solving\nCollaboration\nAdditional Notes\nRelocation Assistance is not available for this position.\nThe ability to accommodate with international time zone is essential\nWillingness to work in the hybrid setup with 4 days from office is must\nBenefits - What Dow offers you\nWe invest in you. \nDow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career.
