Our multinational Product Engineering Support team secures the accuracy, availability, and timeliness of Dow Jones Energy offerings, reports, and services, while also implementing minor feature enhancements. We maintain close, efficient communication with diverse company stakeholders to deliver continuous operational uptime through both regular and off-hours support coverage, weekends included. To fit this role, we are looking for that unique mix of solid technical capabilities, blended with strong interpersonal skills; someone who will be a leader coaching, mentoring, and training team members driving both employee and team development and growth. You will lead by example, conducting code reviews, establishing engineering standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team. This role is proactive within our development teams, responsible for offering innovative technical input, creative ideas and strong technical coding skills.
