Within that team, TechElevate drives learning & development, change management, and enablement experiences that strengthen capability and improve how Technology works.\nAbout the Role\nReporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy Operations, this role is focused on turning change into adoption at scale.\nThis is anindividual contributor role for someone who can move comfortably between analysis and execution: spotting what will make Tech more successful, building the program to support that change, and then scaling it across the organization through training, workshops, communications, and strong operational follow-through.\nYou Will:\nBuild and maintain internal tools, automations and agents that improve team workflows and reporting.\nUse AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to prototype quickly, then test and document what you ship.\nTrack operational metrics and present progress through dashboards and clear summaries.\nSupport delivery of projects and programmes, owning defined workstreams.\nHelp teams adopt new tools and ways of working through training, documentation and communication.\nManage stakeholders across functions, adapting your message to each audience.\nYou Have:\nHands-on experience building with AI tools, such as workflow automations, internal apps or agents.
