You’ll play a key role in supervising Helpdesk activities and coordinating administration and support services for the HQJOC contract, helping ensure responsive service delivery, strong customer outcomes and achievement of KPIs.\nWorking on site Monday to Friday, you’ll oversee a small Helpdesk team responsible for managing reactive facilities maintenance requests across the site. Operating in a fast-paced, high-security environment, you’ll balance competing priorities, engage with stakeholders and support the efficient and timely delivery of Helpdesk and administration services.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:\nSupervise day-to-day Helpdesk activities and support a small local team.\nCoordinate administration and support services across the HQJOC contract.\nOversee reactive facilities maintenance requests and support timely service delivery.\nMonitor service outcomes and support the achievement of relevant KPIs.\nBuild effective stakeholder relationships while delivering a high standard of customer service.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nPrevious team leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a Helpdesk, call centre or service environment.\n\nExperience managing, coordinating or overseeing administration functions.\n\nStrong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.\n\nConfidence working autonomously and making sound decisions with limited direction.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and customer service skills, with the ability to introduce process improvements and new ideas.\n\nThis role is based on site at HQJOC Bungendore, NSW.
