Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in supporting the coordinated delivery of works and services, working closely with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll contribute to delivering reliable, well-managed services that support our essential operations.\nThis role is well suited to people who enjoy planning, problem-solving and building positive working relationships.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:\nPlan and scope works in line with client standards, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.\nCoordinate day-to-day project activities, including property scoping and engagement with external delivery partners.\nMonitor work quality to ensure it meets contractual, client and company expectations.\nTrack and support the achievement of contractual KPIs.\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact for enquiries.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nA current Construction White Card.\n\nA qualification or relevant experience in Project Management, Property Maintenance or a trade background.\n\nExperience delivering planned works programs in a similar role or industry.\n\nConfidence working with outsourced service providers and subcontractors.\n\nExperience in building, construction or property maintenance environments.\n\nMore than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.\nWhy Downer?\nAt Downer, we plan, create, and sustain essential public services across Australia and New Zealand.
