Thislong-termpartnership reflects Downer’s strength in managing large, complex portfolios and deliveringhigh-qualityservices at scale.\nWe currently have an opportunity for Cleanerstojoin our workforce and play a key role insupporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, supporting Stockland's Baringa & Birtinya Town Centre.\nWe are currently seeking casual cleaner for the following roster:\nBaringa Town Centre - Monday 6am - 11:30 | Tuesday & Wednesday 14:00 - 19:30 | Thursday 11:00 - 15:00\nReporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:\nPerform routine cleaning of facilities, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas\n\nClean and sanitise high-touch areas and replenish supplies as needed\n\nEmpty bins and dispose of waste in line with safety guidelines\n\nOperate cleaning equipment safely and report any maintenance issues\n\nFollow health and safety procedures while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining a professional approach\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nPrevious experience in cleaning roles across commercial, residential, or similar environments\n\nAbility to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene\n\nKnowledge of safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals\n\nUnderstanding of workplace health and safety and basic sanitation practices\n\nGood time management skills and ability to work independently\n\nAbility to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and report issues as required\n\nMust have Working with Children’s Check or be willing to obtain\n\nPrepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks which includes National Police Check and medical.\n\nMore than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.\nWhy Downer?\nAt Downer, we plan, create, and sustain essential public services across Australia and New Zealand.
