This long-term partnership reflects Downer’s strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering high-quality services at scale.\nWe currently have an opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, located at Stockland Wetherill Park Town Centre.\nThe rostered hours for the Cleaning Supervisor are as follows:\nMonday - Friday 8am - 4:00 pm\nReporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:\nManage times to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within required deadlines\n\nEnsure cleaning programs are implemented based on approved systems and techniques\n\nProvide direction, guidance and leadership to ensure that staff present themselves, their equipment and the department to the highest standards\n\nFollow health and safety procedures while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining a professional approach\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n2-5 years commercial cleaning experience preferably in a shopping centre environment\n\nAbility to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene\n\nUnderstanding of workplace health and safety and basic sanitation practices\n\nGood time management skills and ability to work independently\n\nAbility to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and report issues as required\n\nCertificate II or IIII Cleaning Asset Maintenance (advantageous)\n\nMust have Working with Children’s Check or be willing to obtain\n\nPrepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks which includes National Police Check and health declaration.\n\nMore than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.\nWhy Downer?\nAt Downer, we plan, create, and sustain essential public services across Australia and New Zealand.
