The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Energy & Utilities business, supporting the delivery of Wind Farm Projects in South Australia working a 10:4 roster.
Based on site, you will play a critical leadership role in the successful delivery of one of Australia's most significant renewable energy projects. You will lead site-based construction teams, coordinate subcontractors and resources, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project schedules and client expectations. You will also contribute to construction planning, constructability reviews, and project delivery outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a strong people leader with proven experience delivering large-scale renewable energy, wind farm, transmission, or major infrastructure projects.
- Electrical Trade Qualification or relevant construction/engineering background
- Diploma in Project Management (highly regarded)
- Extensive experience in construction management across major infrastructure, renewable energy, wind farm, transmission, or HV electrical projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary site teams
- Availability to work a 10:4 roster
- Strong capability in resource planning, subcontractor management, procurement, and project controls
- Experience managing safety, quality, and environmental requirements within a live construction environment
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills across clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
