The role is Auckland-based.\nKey responsibilities include:\nReview completed field jobs, costs, materials and repairs against agreed schedules of rates.\nValidate job costs, apply rates and ensure completed work is claimed accurately.\nEnter job details into templates and complete required checklists and documentation.\nCoordinate with the client to review, approve or decline submissions.\nTurn technical information from field crews into clear, accurate documentation.\nReview field investigations and progress jobs through the claims and administration process.\nCollaborate with operational teams, field crews and the client as priorities change.\nNgā pūkenga matua | Important Skills\nYou will be highly organised and comfortable working through detailed information logically and accurately.
