This position will see the successful candidate manage contracts, invoicing, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced Defence project environment.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage client orders, supplier payments, and contract documentation.\n\nPrepare, reconcile, and issue invoices in line with head contract requirements.\n\nSupport project financials including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and reporting.\n\nCoordinate contract variations, notices, and securities management.\n\nBuild strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors\n\nWhat you’ll bring\n5+ years’ experience in contracts administration or a similar commercial role.\n\nStrong understanding of contract terms, risks, and financial instruments.\n\nIntermediate to advanced Excel skills and confidence with office systems.\n\nHigh attention to detail with strong written and numerical accuracy.\n\nA proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.\n\nWe have two positions available one starting in August and a secondary role commencing in October.
