You’ll also monitor procurement, productivity, subcontractor activity, costs and project records, helping the team identify issues early and keep delivery on track.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupporting the development of project methodologies, budgets and construction programmes\n\nCompleting quality inspections and maintaining accurate records for project handover\n\nCoordinating inspections, sign-offs and non-conformance reporting\n\nSupporting site safety through crew briefings, hazard identification, inspections and incident reporting\n\nOrdering materials, tracking deliveries and matching delivery documentation against invoices\n\nMonitoring costs, revenue and productivity across key project activities\n\nAssisting with month-end claims, accruals and completed quantities\n\nIdentifying variations and maintaining accurate supporting cost records\n\nEnsuring daily site diaries and wider contract records are completed consistently\n\nManaging the allocation of people and plant, including timely plant hire and off-hire\n\nBuilding productive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams\n\nHelping crews strengthen their understanding of project requirements and quality expectations\n\nImportant Skills | Nga pūkenga matua\nYou’ll bring a practical understanding of construction delivery and be confident working across both site and commercial requirements.
