Reporting to the Regional Manager, Facilities Services, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:\nLead and support site teams to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused services by fostering a collaborative culture, setting clear expectations, and developing capability aligned with Stockland’s values and operational goals.\nDriving operational excellence and team engagement through collaborative leadership.\nEnsuring commercial success through cost optimisation, workforce productivity, and capability development.\nBuilding strong, proactive relationships with Stockland stakeholders to deliver value and responsiveness.\nIdentify and support site-level service improvements and collaborative delivery models in partnership with Stockland’s site leadership to enhance operational performance and customer outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExtensive experience in facilities/property management, ideally across commercial, retail, or mixed-use sites.\nSkilled in managing multi-site operations using both self-delivery and subcontractor models.\nStrong financial skills in budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.\nExperienced in compliance with building codes, fire safety (e.g. BWOF), and environmental standards.\nProficient in FM systems (e.g. CMMS, CAFM) and Microsoft Office.\nKnowledgeable in asset lifecycle, preventative maintenance, and contractor oversight.\nMore than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.\nWhy Downer?\nAt Downer, we plan, create, and sustain essential public services across Australia and New Zealand.
