Join our Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading the safe, efficient and commercially focused delivery of integrated facilities services across Asahi’s property portfolio.\nBased at the Abbotsford Brewery, you will oversee facilities operations across sites in Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia and New South Wales. Reporting to the Contract Manager, Facilities Services, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThis senior leadership role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:\nLead integrated facilities services, building services and minor projects across a diverse, multi-site property portfolio.\nChampion Zero Harm, ensuring health, safety, environmental, quality and statutory requirements are effectively managed.\nLead service partners, subcontractors and operational teams to deliver safe, responsive and customer-focused services.\nManage operational expenditure, budgets, workforce productivity, contract KPIs and cost-optimisation opportunities.\nBuild proactive relationships with Asahi stakeholders and drive innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMore than five years’ experience in facilities or property management, ideally across commercial, retail or mixed-use environments.\nDemonstrated experience managing multi-site operations through self-delivery and subcontractor service models.\nStrong financial capability across budgeting, cost control, commercial performance and operational reporting.\nKnowledge of asset lifecycle management, preventative maintenance, building compliance, fire safety, HSE and environmental standards.\nProven people leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, supported by proficiency in CMMS or CAFM systems and Microsoft Office. \nMore than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.\nWhy Downer?\nDowner plans, creates and sustains essential public services across Australia and New Zealand.
