Herbicide Technician to join our team based in Port Augusta or Port Pirie, supporting vegetation management programs across roadside networks, reserves, agricultural land and conservation areas throughout regional South Australia.\nThis is a hands-on outdoor role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment and local communities.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafely mix, prepare and apply herbicides using hand-held, backpack and vehicle-mounted spraying equipment\nIdentify invasive weed species and determine appropriate treatment methods\nComplete spray records, treatment reports and equipment logs accurately\nConduct routine inspections, maintenance and calibration of spraying equipment\nEnsure all work complies with safety, environmental and legislative requirements\nWork closely with supervisors, landholders, contractors and stakeholders to deliver effective vegetation management outcomes\nAbout You\nCurrent ChemCert or ACUP accreditation (or willingness to obtain)\nMinimum MR Driver Licence (HR Licence highly regarded)\nExperience in herbicide application, vegetation management, land management or a related field\nKnowledge of safe chemical handling and environmental compliance practices\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently\nA proactive safety-first attitude\nPhysically fit,
