Keep one of Sydney's most critical motorway and tunnel networks safe, moving, and operational 24/7. We are seeking Incident Response Crew Members to support operations across the Northern Assets network, including NorthConnex, Lane Cove Tunnel, and the M2 network.

The primary purpose of this role is to respond to incidents and disruptions across the network. You will be responsible for ensuring incidents are managed safely, effectively, and promptly to minimise disruption to road users and improve the safety of motorists and emergency responders. You will also undertake minor road maintenance activities as required.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum MR Licence (HR desirable) and current NSW Implement Traffic Control Plans (ITCP) accreditation, or the ability to obtain
  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Availability to work rotating day and night shifts
  • Commitment to safe work practices and procedures

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in traffic control or incident response
  • TMA Statement of Attainment and VOC
  • Tow Truck Licence
  • Familiarity with road maintenance operations
  • Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
