We have an exciting opportunity available for an Industrialisation Manager to join the team at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre on the Fraser Coast. Reporting directly to the GM of Operations, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of all project industrialisation deliverables.

You will play a key role in managing the industrialisation interfaces with project partners, as well as leading the industrialisation strategy, structure, system and processes from bid to delivery.

Some accountabilities will include:

  • Lead the execution of the Major Project Industrialisation roadmap
  • Lead day 1 readiness within project teams
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on all Industrialisation related activities
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead change management culture
  • Drive process standardisation across projects

This is a fulltime, permanent role, based onsite at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre.

About You:

  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in an industrialisation role
  • Six Sigma or lean manufacturing qualification advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of plant engineering, manufacturing, quality processes and application
  • Experience delivering projects from concept through to production realisation
  • Advanced understanding of human work factors and safe work practices
