Working with stakeholders across the project and external partners, you’ll coordinate practical, accessible learning opportunities and keep programs running smoothly.\nYou’ll also support structured entry pathways, including traineeships and apprenticeships, helping create positive development experiences for people building their careers on QTMP.\nThis is a permanent role based in Brisbane CBD, with full-time or part-time working arrangements (six hours per day) available.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate learning activities and help identify training solutions that respond to project and workforce needs.\nSupport the development and rollout of learning programs, creating a smooth experience for participants and stakeholders.\nCoordinate structured entry programs, including traineeships and apprenticeships, and support participants throughout their development journey.\nKeep learning information accurate and accessible through LMS administration, reporting and coordination of training enquiries.\nBuild trusted relationships across the project and with external learning partners to support effective development outcomes.\n\nWhat You Bring\nCertificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred\nExperience coordinating structured entry, traineeship or apprenticeship programs, or comparable workforce development initiatives.\nConfidence using Learning Management Systems and maintaining accurate learning records and reporting.\nStrong communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to respond to changing priorities.\nA Human Resources or related diploma or degree is advantageous, but not essential.\n\nAbout Downer\nYour role at Downer can make the difference that matters by delivering integrated rail & transit systems that connect people, power freight and strengthen Australia's rail capability.\nWith more than 150 years' rail experience providing end-to-end, innovative transport solutions, we are a leading provider of rollingstock asset management services.\nWe are experts in delivering whole-of-life asset management support to our customers and our capability allows us to offer turnkey solutions for complex projects, across every project phase.\nYou want your work to matter and so do we.
