# Learning and Development Coordinator - QTMP

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team supporting the Queensland Train Maintenance Program (QTMP). Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you’ll play an important role in helping our people build the skills they need to succeed. Working with stakeholders across the project and external partners, you’ll coordinate practical, accessible learning opportunities and keep programs running smoothly. You’ll also support structured entry pathways, including traineeships and apprenticeships, helping create positive development experiences for people building their careers on QTMP. This is a permanent role based in Brisbane CBD, with full-time or part-time working arrangements (six hours per day) available.
