We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team in West Perth, overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance services across the WA Housing Contract. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance works to achieve contract KPIs and service delivery outcomes.
- Provide direction and oversight to subcontractors, ensuring work is completed in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor and promote safe work practices in line with Downer's Zero Harm commitment and HSE requirements.
- Conduct inspections, identify non-conformances, and drive corrective actions through to completion.
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and service delivery partners to support successful contract performance.
What You'll Bring
- Experience within the building, construction, maintenance, or facilities management industry.
- Demonstrated experience supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance work programs.
- Strong knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and work order management systems.
