Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.\nWhat You'll Do\nThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:\nPlan, coordinate, and manage maintenance works to achieve contract KPIs and service delivery outcomes. \nProvide direction and oversight to subcontractors, ensuring work is completed in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards. \nMonitor and promote safe work practices in line with Downer's Zero Harm commitment and HSE requirements. \nConduct inspections, identify non-conformances, and drive corrective actions through to completion. \nBuild strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and service delivery partners to support successful contract performance. \nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience within the building, construction, maintenance, or facilities management industry. \nDemonstrated experience supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance work programs. \nStrong knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and quality assurance processes. \nAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance requirements. \nExcellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and work order management systems. \n\nMore than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.\nWhy Downer?\nAt Downer, we plan, create, and sustain essential public services across Australia and New Zealand.
