In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, delivery and performance oversight of planned maintenance activities. Your work will contribute directly to safe, compliant and reliable planned maintenance outcomes for Homes Victoria and the communities we serve.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:\nSchedule planned, responsive and urgent maintenance works in accordance with contractual priorities, service levels and operational capacity.\nWork with schedulers and operations teams to ensure planned maintenance works are effectively scheduled and coordinated with operational capacity and priorities.\nEnsure planned maintenance activities meet statutory, regulatory and contractual compliance requirements, including documentation and audit readiness.\nSupport contract performance by monitoring planned maintenance delivery, identifying risks to service levels, and contributing data and evidence to abatement mitigation and rebuttal processes.\nAct as a key operational interface with the client for planned maintenance matters, ensuring responses are timely, accurate and aligned with contractual requirements.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nTertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Asset & Maintenance Management, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience managing planned maintenance programs within facilities management, asset maintenance or property services environments.\nWorking knowledge of work order management systems to manage, analyse and report planned maintenance data.\nStrong understanding of planned maintenance principles, asset lifecycle management and compliance obligations.\nAbility to analyse maintenance performance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.\nMore than anything, you will bring sound judgement, a collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering safe, compliant and reliable planned maintenance outcomes for our customer and the communities we serve.\nWhy Downer?\nAt Downer, the work you do matters.
