Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in leading the safe, timely and effective delivery of lifecycle, modification and minor works across the contract. Reporting to the Facilities Director, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:\nLead, support and coordinate Project Managers across the contract project portfolio, setting clear priorities, expectations and accountabilities. \nMaintain an integrated portfolio plan covering milestones, dependencies, resources and the forward pipeline of lifecycle, modification and minor works. \nEstablish consistent project governance, controls, reporting and assurance, with clear oversight of budgets, forecasts, risks, issues and changes. \nEnsure projects are appropriately scoped, approved, resourced and delivered safely, on time, within scope, to the required quality and within approved budgets. \nBuild trusted stakeholder relationships, coordinate operational readiness and change, and ensure completed works are formally handed over with lessons learned captured.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExtensive project management experience across facilities modifications, lifecycle works, minor works, construction or a comparable complex operational environment. \nDemonstrated experience leading Project Managers or multidisciplinary delivery teams and managing a portfolio of concurrent projects. \nAdvanced capability in portfolio planning, prioritisation, integrated scheduling, resource coordination, governance, risk, change control and performance reporting. \nStrong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with experience managing contractors, consultants and delivery partners. \nA relevant tertiary or formal project management qualification, supported by substantial industry experience.
