Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you will lead the governance and delivery of multiple concurrent projects across a range of customers, contracts and workstreams.\nYou will bring individual projects together as a coordinated programme, providing clear direction to Project Managers and delivery teams while maintaining accountability for performance, financial outcomes, customer satisfaction, risk management and continuous improvement. As the primary escalation point for project delivery issues, you will help create consistency across planning, execution, reporting and stakeholder engagement.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLeading multiple projects across different customers and workstreams as an integrated programme\nEstablishing programme priorities, delivery strategies and performance expectations\nProviding leadership, direction and coaching to Project Managers and delivery teams\nManaging programme revenue, margin, profitability, cash flow and forecasting\nBuilding trusted customer relationships and leading governance meetings and monthly business reviews\nResolving escalated delivery, commercial and contractual issues\nManaging resource demand, capacity planning, programme risks and improvement initiatives\nChampioning Downer's Zero Harm culture and ensuring programme activities meet company, customer and regulatory requirements \nNgā pūkenga matua | Important Skills\nYou will be a strategic and commercially focused programme leader who can bring people, projects and priorities together.
