Working within a Tier 1 Joint Venture Environment, you’ll support the planning and delivery of road and civil works, including earthworks, drainage and pavements, while coordinating subcontractors and work packages to achieve safe, high-quality and cost-effective outcomes.\nWhat you’ll do\nSupport the planning and delivery of road and civil infrastructure works, including earthworks, drainage and pavements.\n\nManage and coordinate construction work packages from planning through to completion\n\nOversee subcontractor performance, ensuring safety, quality, programme and cost targets are met\n\nSupport project planning, risk identification, constructability reviews and contract administration\n\nMonitor project budgets, cost forecasts, variations, claims and progress reporting\n\nEnsure compliance with HSEQ requirements, project management plans and HOTO obligations\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nDegree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.\n\n6-8 years’ Project Engineering experience, with demonstrated experience delivering road infrastructure projects including earthworks, drainage, pavements and associated civil works.\n\nStrong understanding of cost control, forecasting, contract administration and project reporting.\n\nProven ability to build effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.\n\nA proactive, safety-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality, delivery and continuous improvement.\n\nRRJV is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
