This role maintains quality standards across the entire value chain from raw materials to finished products ensuring products and services meet national and international standards and customer expectations across the Pretoria and Richards Bay operations.\nThe successful candidate will lead the quality function across compliance, continuous improvement, quality control and assurance, working closely with the business unit managers, production, engineering, suppliers and customers, and driving a proactive, prevention-focused quality culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nCompliance: Ensure national and international standards and legislation are complied with; carry out internal and external audits; and maintain ISO certification and QA compliance objectives.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify improvement areas; embed a quality and continuous-learning culture; deliver acceptance-standard training; and coordinate responses to complaints.\nQuality Control & Assurance: Analyse statistical data; investigate customer complaints; conduct supplier quality audits;
