You'll be responsible for ensuring production teams follow approved technical instructions, required inspections and checks are completed, and quality records and evidence are accurate, complete and compliant.\nWorking closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, suppliers, customers and our joint venture delivery partner, you'll provide day-to-day leadership across quality control activities while building a proactive quality culture that supports safe, efficient and compliant manufacturing outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee quality inspection, surveillance and quality control activities, ensuring production work is completed in accordance with approved technical instructions, specifications and quality requirements.\n\nVerify electrical and mechanical installation activities meet defined standards and ensure inspection evidence and quality records are accurate and complete.\n\nIdentify, manage and resolve quality risks, defects, non-conformances and continuous improvement opportunities.\n\nLead and develop a team of two Quality Manufacturing Inspectors, providing coaching, guidance and day-to-day support across fit-out manufacturing activities.\n\nBuild strong relationships with Operations, Engineering, project stakeholders, suppliers, customers and delivery partners to drive quality outcomes across the program.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nYou're a collaborative leader who enjoys influencing outcomes, developing people and driving continuous improvement.
