Working with the Construction Manager and operational teams, you will help keep contract information accurate, complete and on time.\nKey responsibilities\nPrepare monthly claims and customer invoices\nProcess supplier invoices and subcontractor claims\nSupport month end reporting, accruals, journals and purchase orders\nMaintain accurate contract records and filing systems\nAssist with payroll and employee onboarding\nPrepare meeting minutes and contract communications\nMonitor plant charges and other contract costs\nSupport teams with Microsoft applications and business systems\nHelp improve contract administration processes\nProvide professional support to customers, suppliers and subcontractors\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou are organised, accurate and comfortable working with financial and contract information.
