Supporting our operations across Western Australia, and the Northern Territory, this permanent full-time role is based in our Maddington office and will play a key role in providing commercial and contract administration expertise across a diverse portfolio of projects and contracts.\nAs part of the Commercial & Risk function, you'll work closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to manage contractual risk, drive commercial outcomes and provide support across the full project lifecycle, from tender through to delivery and close out.\nAbout You\nYou will bring:\nDemonstrated experience in a Senior Contracts Administrator, Contracts Administrator or commercial role within construction, infrastructure, civil or industrial environments.\nBackground in construction project delivery or teritary related discipline.\nDemonstrated skills at risk mitigation pre-contract.\nStrong knowledge of contract administration, contract management and commercial risk.\nThe ability to interpret, negotiate and guide project teams through complex contracts.\nStrong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.\nA proactive, collaborative approach and ability to support multiple projects and stakeholders.\nDowner is a company that believes people are our greatest asset.
