# Senior Site Supervisor

This isn't a general civil supervisor position. You'll be bringing deep relining and maintenance hole experience to the table, taking ownership of works from planning and mobilisation through to field delivery, quality and completion. You'll lead crews and subcontractors, own the two-week lookahead and be the person the team relies on when a technically challenging job needs practical thinking. You know what can go wrong before it does. You understand the importance of preparation. And you're not afraid to make the call when something onsite doesn't look right. If you've spent years building your expertise in trenchless rehabilitation and are ready to put that experience to work in a senior role, we'd like to hear from you.
