Opportunity\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Intern to join our Energy & Utilities Supply Chain team on a casual basis.\nThis is a great opportunity for a student or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience across procurement, purchasing, logistics and supply chain operations within a large infrastructure environment.\nWorking alongside our Procurement and Buying teams, you’ll support day-to-day purchasing activities, supplier administration, reporting and operational coordination while developing practical experience across the end-to-end procurement process.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nIn this role, you will:\nProvide day-to-day transactional and administrative support to our team of Buyers across construction projects, maintenance programs and infrastructure works.\nMaintain and update procurement registers, logs, databases, expediting reports and status reports.\nSupport the management and maintenance of the supplier contract repository.\nAssist with vendor onboarding and respond to supplier and vendor queries.\nSupport Procurement Hubs with monitoring, triaging and reporting on requisitions through ServiceNow.\nAssist with purchase order, vendor and transaction queries in collaboration with Accounts Payable and Buying teams.\nMaintain accurate procurement records and documentation.\nSupport reporting and data analysis across procurement and supply chain activities.\nWork collaboratively with project teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and ways of working.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nWe’re looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.\nIdeally, you will have:\nA tertiary qualification, or currently be studying towards a degree in Commerce, Business, Law, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nGood analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.\nConfidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.\nA proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.\nThe ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.\nPrevious experience in administration, purchasing, finance, procurement or supply chain would be advantageous, particularly within construction, utilities, infrastructure or a similar environment, however it is not essential.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is a fantastic
