The Opportunity | Te Kōwhiringa As our Surfacing Supervisor, you’ll plan, organise and lead our regional surfacing crew to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and Delivery Manager to deliver programmes of work, optimise resources, and maintain strong customer relationships. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive quality, productivity and Zero Harm performance across your team. Your responsibilities will include: Lead, support and mentor surfacing crews, ensuring strong team culture and high performance. Oversee day-to-day surfacing operations, including chip stockpiling, QA processes, and audits.
