You'll play a key role in shaping data-driven strategies, improving information management practices, and ensuring the effective governance and use of high-value data assets. Working alongside Defence stakeholders, vendors, and data custodians, you'll help drive continuous improvement while mentoring junior analysts and contributing to organisational capability uplift\nWhat You'll Do\nYou will manage and govern large, sensitive, and high-value data assets in line with Defence security, legislative, and policy requirements. Working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and data custodians, you will support the integration and movement of data across source systems, reporting platforms, and analytical tools. You will ensure data, tools, and processes are fit for purpose, aligned with broader data strategy objectives, and meet reporting requirements, while acting as a trusted technical authority on Defence data management, analytics, and information management systems.\nApply advanced analytical, modelling, and visualisation techniques to solve complex business challenges.\nTranslate business requirements into meaningful insights, reporting solutions, and decision-support products.\nMentor and support junior analysts, contributing to the development of analytics capability across the organisation.\nWhat You'll Bring\nYou will have strong expertise in data management, governance, analytics, and information management, with the ability to work confidently with large and complex datasets to generate meaningful business insights.
