Working closely with field staff, subcontractors, project teams and clients, you will help coordinate daily activities, respond to operational requirements and support the successful delivery of services.\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou will be an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working in a busy environment and can confidently manage competing priorities while providing a high level of customer service.\nA minimum of three years’ experience in administration, coordination or customer service\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette\nExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail\nProficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\nGood computer, mobile device and general technology skills\nStrong data entry and keyboard skills\nThe ability to prioritise work and meet required timeframes and KPIs\nA collaborative approach and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team\nAdaptability and willingness to learn new systems, processes and technologies\nA current C Class Drivers Licence\nA current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one\nPrevious experience within a high call volume or multidisciplinary service desk environment will be advantageous.
