Together, we are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for our clients in Defence and National Security.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Defence Training Manager to support a complex Defence capability within the SDAC SPO environment.

This role will lead the coordination, development and delivery of specialist training solutions across multiple projects, working closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Defence stakeholders and technical specialists. • Build strong relationships across Defence, industry and other key stakeholder groups.
  • Identify training risks and issues and recommend practical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Manage competing priorities, resources and activities to achieve key training milestones and deliverables.
