users and leading customer discovery\n\nExperience building tools for scalable internal ops processes\n\nSystem-thinking across processes and data that are complex and ambiguous\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and end-to-end ownership from concept to post-launch\n\nExcellence in deciding when to be scrappy vs. when to build for resilience and scale.\n\nHunger for using data to inform better decisions, and capablbility to making decisions when data isn’t available\n\nBonus: Experience in construction or experience building products for industries with adjacent challenges such as logistics, manufacturing, medical/biotech, gaming, IoT, or other industries that interact with real or virtual worlds.\n\nBonus: Startup experience, especially if you were a
